Welcome to AVEN. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the AVEN website and your purchases from our online store.

AVEN is an eyewear brand based in Norway.

2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, measurements, and other product information on our website are accurate.

Please note that colours and the appearance of products may vary slightly depending on your screen, device, or display settings.

We reserve the right to update product information, specifications, availability, and pricing when necessary.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK), unless otherwise indicated.

The total price, including applicable taxes and any mandatory delivery costs, will be shown before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If an obvious pricing error occurs and you have placed an order at an incorrect price, we may contact you before fulfilling the order.

4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are submitting an order to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including where a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or technical error, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, any amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

5. Payment

8. Exchanges

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, AVEN offers a 30-day exchange policy.

To request an exchange under this voluntary policy, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your glasses.

The glasses must be undamaged and in suitable condition for exchange.

This 30-day exchange policy is an additional service provided by AVEN and does not limit any statutory rights you may have under Norwegian consumer law.

9. Defective Products and Consumer Rights

If a product is defective or does not conform to the agreement, you may have statutory rights under Norwegian consumer law.

Your statutory consumer rights apply independently of any additional warranty offered by AVEN.

10. Warranty

AVEN offers a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects in our glasses.

The warranty is an additional benefit and does not limit your statutory rights under Norwegian consumer law.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects such as defects in the frame or lenses and certain hinge issues arising through normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, drops, impacts, excessive force, improper handling, scratches caused by normal use, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty claims are assessed based on the circumstances of each case. We may request photographs, videos, or additional information to determine whether an issue appears to be a manufacturing defect or damage caused by external factors.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the AVEN website, including but not limited to our logo, brand name, photographs, graphics, product designs, text, videos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to AVEN and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or otherwise commercially use our content without our prior written permission.

You may use our website only for lawful purposes.

You must not use the website to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
